A rocket does not care what its engineer believes.
Not status. Not authority. Not intention.
It operates within the constraints of Reality.
PHYSICS IS A HARSH JUDGE.

The rocket answers to Reality. So does the man who builds it.
The rocket is a structure — mass, energy, constraints.
The engineer is also a structure — beliefs, identity, decisions, relationships, institutions, AI.
None of it exists outside Reality.
THE OBSERVER IS ALSO INSIDE THE FIELD.

Man has learned to engineer machines against the constraints of physics.
The organization can be examined. The incentives. The objectives. The observer’s assumptions.
So can the AI systems increasingly amplifying those assumptions.
NOT WHAT THE MACHINE CAN DO. WHAT THE HUMAN STRUCTURE IS DIRECTING IT TOWARD.
